— Position-Specific Coaching

Goalkeeper training built around the position

Angles, distribution, and shot-stopping trained as a technical discipline. FFA-certified coaches. Dedicated goalkeeper sessions for ages 8–18.

/ What We Train

Three disciplines. One position.

Angle management and positioning are drilled from first principles — not assumed. Each session builds the goalkeeper's spatial read of the goal frame.

Distribution under pressure is coached as a technical output, not an afterthought. Short and long distribution decisions are structured into every session.

Shot-stopping mechanics — hand shape, body set, footwork — are broken into repeatable techniques. Small groups keep the coach-to-player ratio tight.

▸ FFA Certified

FFA accreditation sets the floor. Every goalkeeper coach at FDP Academy holds position-specific qualifications and delivers structured, age-appropriate progressions — not outfield sessions adapted for keepers.

Coaches who know the position

Sessions run at Legends Football Club, Gold Coast, in small groups so every goalkeeper receives direct technical correction each session — not rotational feedback.

Technical foundation built early. Results compound.
